qUIkcoach facilitates direct observation of clinical skills in the workplace. It supports learners’ growth and development through more frequent real-time direct observations of clinical skills as they progress through their training.

qUIkcoach goals:

• provide specific and timely feedback on clinical skills performed by learners during interactions with patients.
• provide the faculty observer with feedback from the learner regarding the usefulness of the feedback.
