Physician Scientist Training Pathway Admissions Application

1. PSTP candidates should apply to categorical residency programs at the University of Iowa Carver
   College of Medicine.
2. The supplemental PSTP application (see below) should be submitted concurrently.
3. Send your current CV to pstp@uiowa.edu.
