The campus HawkID service is being restructured to meet UI Health Care security requirements, provide consistency of service, and to reduce the resources that are required to roll out new services. UI Health Care students and employees will now have two IDs: the HealthCareID for clinical information systems such as Epic, and the HawkID for University systems such as Employee Self Service, MyUI, ICON, and other non-clinical services. Going forward, if you have an account in the healthcare domain, this will be referred to as your HealthCareID and will be used to connect to many healthcare-related services.
